$225.00 + taxes/per day
$175.00 + taxes/per day based on double occupancy

Minimum of 2 day stays when booking on long weekends.

Minimum Age for Room Occupants
You must be 18 years of age or older to rent a room at Duck Pond Guesthouse. If the parents, or guardian is not in attendance, all room occupants must be 19 years of age or older. Duck Pond Guesthouse reserves the right to ask for photo I.D. to verify the room occupant's ages upon check-in.

Deposit & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to book your dates. The Guesthouse has a two week cancellation policy. Your deposit WILL be lost if you cancel less than 2 weeks prior to your date of arrival.

The guesthouse accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and we have Debit on site once you arrive. All final bookings are done by phone; I do not accept credit cards via e-mail.

Damages
Guests shall be responsible for all damage or breakage and/or loss to the premises, if any should incur while the room is being rented in their name; if any item shall go missing while the room is being rented to the guest, the credit card given to Duck Pond Guesthouse during confirmation will be charged accordingly. The property will be left in the same good and habitable condition that the renter found it in. Additional cleaning fees may apply. Duck Pond Guesthouse will not be responsible if any personal belongings should become damaged or lost. It is the renter's sole responsibility.
