The Duck Pond Guesthouse is an 896 sq ft modular home that has been completely renovated. The guest house can sleep up to 7 people. It has three bedrooms with a double and twin bed in one, double bed in the second and a twin in the third. A futon is in the living room.

This house is your home away from home. You have a full kitchen, fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher and all cooking supplies. Breakfast food is supplied, but is not made for you. This gives you the opportunity to have breakfast when you want. Homemade bread or muffins, eggs, choice of bacon or sausage, cereal, milk, juice, coffee and fresh fruit is available for you to have. Food provided by the Duck Pond Guesthouse is solely to be used for breakfast. Guests are responsible to bring there own food for lunch, dinner and snacks. Guests are responsible for doing there own dishes.

Upon booking please state if food allergies are a concern.

Washer and drier with laundry supplies available if needed.

High speed internet, satellite T.V and electric fireplace in living room.

One full bathroom, with towels supplied. Personal belongings will have to be brought.

Large deck with BBQ and 6-8 person hot tub.

Fire pit, hammock and out door games available.

This is a pet friendly home, we have animal towels and throws available, so they can stay with you. In 2010 a 20x30 dog pen will be available beside the guesthouse. The dog pen will be each guest's responsibility to keep clean. We have pets of our own, dogs and cats, that are very friendly. If you are allergic or do not want them around the guesthouse, arrangements will be made.

The guesthouse is non-smoking.
